Returns & Feedback
Any feedback on our services and products are extremely appreciated. Please kindly email us at email@example.com of any of your feedback. We will read it and strive to make improvements.
We accept returns within 30 days after purchase. Please contact us right away by email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return within 30 days from when the order was placed. You will be issued a RMA number and the correspondent warehouse address. This information must be clearly marked on all boxes being returned.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the approved warehouse location when we issue the RMA #.
If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and take pictures of the damages. Please contact XoomBot customer service immediately at email@example.com and we will assist you to get reimburse from the carrier.
We cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer, but we will provide you the manufacturer contact information for warranty repair.
You are allowed to back order items out of stock. You will be notified should any of the ordered items not be available. You will have the option at that time to purchase the item(s).
