We use USPS or UPS Ground as standard shipping (average delivery time is 3-6 business days)

  • For orders $100 - $200 = $ 26.99
  • For order $200 or more = $ 37.99

We accepts all major credit cards -Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, PayPal, Money Order and Cashier Check.

Returns & Feedback

Any feedback on our services and products are extremely appreciated. Please kindly email us at bot@xoombot.com of any of your feedback. We will read it and strive to make improvements.

We accept returns within 30 days after purchase. Please contact us right away by email bot@xoombot.com to request your return within 30 days from when the order was placed. You will be issued a RMA number and the correspondent warehouse address. This information must be clearly marked on all boxes being returned.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the approved warehouse location when we issue the RMA #.


We are unable to authorize any returns on software, Disney Interactive software, all console games and accessories.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Insurance

All shipping methods are defaulted to include insurance. 

Damaged Goods

If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and take pictures of the damages. Please contact XoomBot customer service immediately at bot@xoombot.com and we will assist you to get reimburse from the carrier.

Defective Merchandise

We cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer, but we will provide you the manufacturer contact information for warranty repair. 

Back Orders

You are allowed to back order items out of stock. You will be notified should any of the ordered items not be available. You will have the option at that time to purchase the item(s).
